If you prefer Paypal, your item selection(s) can be made from the PayPal Products Gallery.

All information processed and your privacy is protected through secure servers and SSL technology (via Google or PayPal checkout carts). All payments must be in US currency.

If shipping is not already indicated for an item, please contact The Linen Lavoir for exact quote. For domestic orders of $35 and over, insurance has been added to shipping price. Insurance can be added to other Orders upon request.

Domestic Orders shipped via First Class for 13 ounces and lower, Priority Mail for weight over 13 oz. I am prepared to ship Priority or Express Mail upon request by Customer. Please request invoice with correct shipping amount prior to paying.

YES! International customers are welcome and appreciated. Please contact me to receive an exact shipping quote prior to placing your Order.

Customs forms are filled out with correct sale value and indicated as Merchandise. International packages may be subject to duty fees and other charges. Buyers should contact local customs office for additional information. **No "fudging" on customs forms so please don't ask.

Yes! Once your Order is placed, you will receive an Invoice generated directly from PayPal or Google Checkout.

Information you provide with your Google Checkout or PayPal payment is processed through their secure servers and your privacy is protected by their SSL technology.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within three (3) business days from date of receipt. Item must be in same condition as received (no odors from perfume or cigarretes, animal hairs, etc), and not have been washed or ironed. Package must be shipped back in same or like packaging using same method of shipping. Insurance is recommended. PLEASE CONTACT ME of shipping date so I know to watch for your return package.

A full refund will be given (excluding shipping and insurance fees).

The Linen Lavoir will be responsible for handling as much of the claims process as possible. Depending on shipping carrier policies, there may be a form that Buyer will need to fill out.

If you receive a damaged package please contact me right away. Also, you must keep all packaging as required by the shipping carrier.

Available in any denomination of $10 or more and valid for up to six (6) months from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Certificates are non-transferable and are for use by the person they are gifted to only.
