If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within three (3) business days from date of receipt. Item must be in same condition as received (no odors from perfume or cigarettes, animal hairs, etc), and not have been washed or ironed.
Package must be shipped back in same or like packaging using same method of shipping. Insurance is recommended. PLEASE INFORM ME of shipping date so I know to watch for your return package. A full refund will be given (excluding shipping and any insurance fees).
The Linen Lavoir will be responsible for handling as much of the claims process as possible. Depending on shipping carrier policies, there may be a form that Buyer will need to fill out.
